Maudie and Ep
I could not let the opportunity pass to drop in on a couple of old friends. The wedding was so close to their address, not far from Wrexham. It is probably about 30 years since we last met but that did not seem to matter. Maudie was at college with me in Liverpool way back in the 60's. Richard was at University there. I can just about remember their wedding in 1969. They live in a beautiful part of the country with old lanes and village pubs. It was lovely to see them both looking so well and almost free from the worries of work. Must not let another 30 years go by!
