Birhtday gathering

Bob and Tom share the same birthday - July 4th. They are exactly 30 years apart. Tom is a reluctant candidate when it comes to photos so there are none of him. I know that Dave and Lucy took a couple of photos that included Tom, so I might get sight of one.
